Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! At Liyora, we ensure that every product you see on our website is photographed to reflect its true design, color, and quality. However, please note that there may be slight variations in color due to lighting and screen settings. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is placed, a sales receipt will be automatically sent to your email. You can also view and download your receipt anytime by logging into your Liyora account:

  1. Go to My Account (usually found in the top menu).

  2. Click on Orders.

  3. Select the order you want to view, and you’ll see a downloadable receipt/invoice option.

How can I return an item?

At Liyora, we want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send us an email at support@liyora.lk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Prepare Your Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact.

  3. Ship the Item: We will provide instructions for sending the item back. You may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or damaged.

  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We try our best to keep all popular items available. If an item is marked as “out of stock”, it may be restocked in the future depending on demand and availability.

To stay updated:

  • Sign up for stock alerts: On the product page, you can enter your email to be notified when the item is back in stock.

  • Follow us on social media: We often announce restocks on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Where can I ship my order?

Liyora currently ships orders within Sri Lanka. We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives safely.
